Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and VONDOU SRL, operating XRAYED. By accessing the service, creating an account, uploading content, generating outputs, publishing Public Content, saving private product data, or using any XRAYED surface, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Content Rights page forms part of these Terms for content, public publications, generated outputs, marketing permissions, and takedown or removal requests.

If you do not agree, do not use XRAYED. If you use XRAYED for another person, organization, brand, or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization.

XRAYED lets users upload or provide content, receive AI-assisted creative and style outputs, publish public publications, browse public content, save private product data, create generated assets, and use related features.

XRAYED may change, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue any feature at any time. Features that use AI, image generation, moderation, uploads, or service providers may fail, be delayed, or produce imperfect results.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use XRAYED.
• If a higher minimum age applies where you live, you must meet that higher age.
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, reserve handles in bad faith, or use XRAYED to deceive viewers about authorship or consent.
• XRAYED may refuse, reclaim, suspend, or remove usernames, accounts, publications, or content when needed to protect the service, users, rights holders, or the public.

"Your Content" means images, names, handles, profile data, feedback, captions, uploads, public publications, generated outputs, and any other material you submit to or create through XRAYED.

You keep the rights you already have in Your Content. You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have all rights, permissions, consents, releases, and lawful bases needed to upload, publish, generate, display, share, and allow XRAYED to process it.

• Do not upload or publish images unless you have the right to use them.
• Do not upload or publish another person's face, body, outfit, likeness, name, handle, or private information without permission.
• Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, spammy, or otherwise harmful.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data unless XRAYED clearly asks for it and you understand how it will be used.
• Do not use XRAYED to generate, publish, or distribute content that violates another platform's rules.

"Public Content" means Your Content that you publish or make public on XRAYED, including public publications, public profile content, public responses, public share assets, public captions, and public metadata associated with those items.

When you create, publish, or make Public Content available on XRAYED, you grant XRAYED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, crop, resize, format, overlay, watermark, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, promote, and otherwise use that Public Content in connection with operating, improving, protecting, marketing, and promoting XRAYED.

This license includes use on XRAYED-owned websites, product pages, public feeds, public profiles, share cards, app listings, emails, press materials, pitch materials, social platforms, Instagram, TikTok, paid ads, organic posts, creator showcases, and other marketing or promotional channels.

XRAYED's current in-app marketing featuring opt-in is narrower than this license. It covers opted-in public publications, public Mirrors, and @handle on XRAYED-owned organic Instagram and TikTok only; private saves, private Mirrors, and other non-public account information are excluded, and the current program is never paid ads and never sold.

XRAYED may use your public name, first name, username, handle, profile link, likeness shown in Public Content, publication image, publication text, generated output, share asset, and related public metadata for those purposes, without separate payment to you.

Private uploads, private generated assets, saved preferences, private analysis, account-scoped product history, and private account data are not Public Content unless XRAYED provides an explicit publish action and you use that action.

XRAYED still needs a limited license to process Private Content so the service can work. You grant XRAYED and its providers a license to host, store, process, analyze, transform, generate outputs from, troubleshoot, secure, and support Private Content for service operation, safety, compliance, support, and product improvement, subject to the Privacy Policy.

XRAYED may make sample, reference, source, or demonstration content available inside the service. That content is provided only for use within XRAYED's product experience and does not grant users ownership, download, republication, redistribution, or external-use rights.

Users may not copy, download, export, repost, redistribute, or use XRAYED sample, source, or reference content outside the XRAYED service unless they have independent rights to do so.

XRAYED may remove, replace, restrict, or disable access to sample, source, reference, or demonstration content at any time, including in response to rights-holder requests, safety concerns, product changes, or legal review.

If you delete a publication or account through an available XRAYED deletion path, XRAYED will remove the deleted content from active XRAYED-controlled surfaces according to the product deletion behavior and retention limits described in the Privacy Policy.

Deletion may not remove copies already distributed, shared, cached, archived, exported, screenshotted, indexed, used in completed marketing materials, kept in backup systems, retained for legal or security reasons, or controlled by third parties. XRAYED may continue using already-published marketing, press, archive, or social materials where continued use is lawful and reasonably necessary.

To request review, removal, attribution correction, or rights-holder takedown, contact support@xrayed.co with the URL, your relationship to the content, and a clear description of the issue.

XRAYED uses AI-assisted systems to analyze content, generate text or images, moderate content, personalize product behavior, and support related features. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, biased, delayed, unavailable, or visually imperfect.

XRAYED does not provide professional, medical, legal, psychological, financial, employment, casting, body-assessment, or safety advice. Generated outputs are editorial and creative product outputs. You are responsible for how you use, publish, copy, share, or rely on them.

XRAYED depends on third-party service providers and platforms to provide, protect, maintain, improve, and distribute the service. Provider downtime, provider behavior, data incidents, security incidents, provider changes, limitations, outages, and terms changes can affect XRAYED.

XRAYED is not responsible for third-party services, websites, models, APIs, app stores, social platforms, or provider incidents except where applicable law does not allow that responsibility to be limited. Your use of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, app stores, identity providers, payment providers, or other third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

XRAYED uses reasonable technical, organizational, and operational safeguards, but no internet service, service provider, account system, or transmission method is completely secure. You understand that unauthorized access, data loss, service abuse, provider compromise, and security incidents may occur.

If XRAYED becomes aware of a security incident that requires notification, XRAYED will investigate and notify affected users, regulators, providers, or other parties when required by applicable law or contractual commitments.

• Do not attack, scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with XRAYED.
• Do not access non-public data, accounts, credentials, admin-only functionality, or systems without authorization.
• Do not use XRAYED to infringe rights, impersonate others, harass people, collect private data, or mislead viewers.
• Do not remove watermarks, attribution, labels, safety controls, or generated-content context where XRAYED provides them.
• Do not use XRAYED outputs in a way that violates law, platform rules, or another person's rights.

XRAYED may suspend, remove, or restrict accounts, publications, or content that repeatedly or materially infringe rights or violate these Terms.

XRAYED has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Do not publish content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit or exploitative, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and do not use XRAYED to abuse, threaten, or harass other people.

XRAYED provides tools to report content and to block other users from within the app. XRAYED reviews reports and acts on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and may suspend or remove the accounts of users who post objectionable content or behave abusively.

XRAYED is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, XRAYED disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

XRAYED does not guarantee that publications, generated outputs, recommendations, exports, analytics, or provider results will meet your expectations, be correct, be available, be safe for every use, or remain unchanged.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, XRAYED and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, reputation, goodwill, content, business, or opportunity.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, XRAYED's total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid XRAYED for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold XRAYED harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of XRAYED, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your use of outputs outside XRAYED.

These Terms and any dispute relating to XRAYED are governed by Belgian law, except where mandatory law gives you non-waivable rights in your country of residence. The courts of Brussels, Belgium have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules allow you to bring claims elsewhere.

XRAYED may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of XRAYED after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
