Hearts Rules

Hearts are run by VONDOU SRL, Rue Baron de Castro 37, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, enterprise/VAT number BE 0758.768.048 ("XRAYED"). Contact: support@xrayed.co.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of hearts and are not involved in any way. The brands whose gift cards are offered are not sponsors of hearts and are not affiliated with XRAYED.

You earn 1 heart for every like on something you publish: a look, a Mirror or a Live clip.

Each person counts once per item. If they remove their like, you keep the heart. If they like the same item again, you don't earn a second one.

Every like counts, whoever gives it.

Likes on comments and reactions in stylist rooms don't earn hearts.

Likes that were on your items when hearts started were counted once.

Your hearts are private. Only you see how many you have.

Hearts don't expire.

Hearts can't be bought, sold or transferred, and have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for Mirrors or Membership.

Spending hearts doesn't change your Like counts.

Hearts belong to your personal profile. Hearts earned by a profile managed for a brand or a character can't be spent.

The store offers gift cards from fashion brands. Each one has a price in hearts.

XRAYED sets the gift cards on offer, their prices and how many are available, and can change them at any time. A gift card can sell out.

A change never takes away hearts you've earned. The price you pay is the one shown when you confirm.

You choose the country and, for some cards, the brand. A card works only in the country you choose, and is offered only where its brand sells one.

Each card is issued by its brand and follows that brand's terms, shown before you spend.

Once you confirm, the hearts are spent. Some cards open in the app within minutes. Mytheresa cards arrive by email within 7 days, at the address you confirm.

If we can't deliver a card, your hearts come back.

A delivered card can't be exchanged back for hearts.

XRAYED can pause the hearts store. While it is paused, likes keep earning hearts, and cards already requested are still delivered or their hearts returned.

XRAYED can change these rules. The current version is always on this page.

Deleting your account deletes your hearts and cancels any card we haven't ordered yet.

XRAYED keeps a private record of the hearts you earn and spend and of the cards you get. For a card sent by email, its brand receives the address you confirm. See the Privacy Policy (xrayed.co/privacy); contact support@xrayed.co for any data request.

These rules and any dispute relating to hearts are governed by Belgian law, except where mandatory law gives you non-waivable rights in your country of residence. The courts of Brussels, Belgium have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules allow you to bring claims elsewhere. If any provision of these rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions stand.
