XRAYED works with external service providers where needed to provide, protect, maintain, and improve the service. This notice describes third-party processing at a high level without publishing a named vendor list.

Third-Party Processing
XRAYED may share limited information with contracted service providers when reasonably necessary to deliver requested product functionality, maintain security and reliability, communicate with users, prevent abuse, comply with law, and operate the business.
Service providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes authorized by XRAYED or otherwise allowed by law. The information available to a provider depends on the feature used, account state, configuration, legal requirements, and operational need.
Safeguards
XRAYED evaluates provider use based on business need, security expectations, confidentiality obligations, and data-protection commitments. No online service can guarantee that unauthorized access, provider incidents, or operational failures will never occur, but XRAYED takes reasonable steps to reduce those risks and respond when issues are identified.
Updates
XRAYED may add, replace, remove, or change service providers as the service evolves. We may update this notice or provide another appropriate notice when legally required or when a change materially affects how user information is handled.
